Thanks for stopping by today. If you’ve previously visited ConSpiritoMusic.com or made a purchase, I appreciate your patronage and your patience as I’ve updated and upgraded this website.
A little history: With the encouragement of friends and with rudimentary knowledge of HTML and CSS, I established Con Spirito Music and launched a website in 2011. I tweaked the site occasionally over the next couple of years, and left it largely unchanged after that except for the addition of pages as I published new music. In or around May 2017, the site “broke,” as support for the payment/delivery tool was no longer supported by its developer.
In June 2017, I began the task of building this new site in WordPress, which — although requiring some new skills and many hours of development time — will enable me to update the site efficiently while focusing on the purpose for which this endeavor was begun: to glorify God through the creation of music that is accessible for both performers and listeners and fitting for performance in concert, recital, and worship.
I’m delighted to let you know that ConSpiritoMusic.com is now more secure than ever. Check the URL in your browser’s address bar, and you might see a padlock icon and the word “Secure” as well as an “https” address. That “s” in the address means your connection to this website is encrypted, ensuring that all data passed between the host server and your browser is private.
Your purchases, too, are secure — and now more convenient thanks to a shopping cart system that takes you to a page with your encrypted download links and delivers an email with those links to you immediately upon completion of the transaction. Your purchased music will now be personalized with a name stamp as well.
Because WordPress was developed for blogging, I hope to occasionally post useful news and information on music writing, performance, and education. Just select “NEWS & MORE” in the navigation menu.
